Residential Camp
6 days 5 nights
Any person above the age of 16 years can register for the camp. The objective of the residential camp is to achieve health and success by practicing effective techniques of Prakash Yoga i.e., Spiritual Breathing Exercises and Meditation. This camp is not for entertainment. Residential camps are helpful to those students,
- Who cannot attend classroom classes because of various reasons
- Who have completed Basic Course but have missed number of lectures
- Who want to quickly revise the Basic Course
- Who have completed Online course and want to get a feel of learning in the Presence of a Teacher and to improve their Practice
- Who want to get true experience of Gurukul learning
Location of the Camp :
It is a beautiful scenic place at Lonavala, away from city pollution. Duration is five days four nights. You have to reach the venue on your own.

Residential Yoga Courses
The entire syllabus of Basic Course of Prakash Yoga of Brahmavidya is taught in 6 days by 3 experienced Brahmavidya teachers. The day at camp typically starts early in the morning with practice. Sessions of lectures and practice are conducted throughout the day, and sufficient rest is allowed between sessions for the students.
In the evening, some recreational activity may be organized by the students themselves as appropriate.
Note : Those who wish to present their talent during the recreational activity at night—musical and other instruments—can be brought to the venue at the owner's risk.
Accommodation
On the first day, the rooms are allotted to the students as they arrive at the venue. Accommodation is provided on a twin sharing basis. Separate accommodation is provided for ladies & gents. If possible, same family members will be accommodated in one room.
Clean & decent rooms with attached toilet and bathroom are provided. Adequate & clean restrooms including western-style toilets are available. Each person is provided with a bed, mattress, pillow & blanket.
If more than one member from the same family attends the camp, they should pack their bags separately, as they may not be accommodated in the same quarter.

Delicious pure vegetarian food is provided at the venue. Tea/Coffee, breakfast, lunch & dinner are provided. Tea/Coffee is served thrice a day.
Vegetarian cuisine served includes rice, chapatis, vegetables, dal, salad, papad, pickle, etc. The meals are simple & filling. The same meal is served to everyone. Breakfast includes tea & snacks like poha and upma.
There is no facility for providing special meals.

- Maintaining self-discipline is of utmost importance. Each day will be divided into 3 study sessions; each person is individually responsible for attending all sessions.
- Brahmavidya Sadhak Sangh will not be held responsible for the safety & well-being of participants.
- Brahmavidya Sadhak Sangh reserves all rights to make any change in the daily schedule at the last minute due to unforeseen difficulties or unavoidable circumstances.

What should participants bring with them?
- Things needed for daily use, including a change of clothes, washing detergent, toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving kit, bath soap, and other toiletries, as well as a hand towel/napkin/bath towel.
- Daily medicines for those who need them – please bring along your doctor's prescription along with any required drugs in case of medical emergencies.
- A torch/flashlight is essential. Also, bring a water bottle, an extra pair of slippers, a baggage lock & key, and mosquito repellent (such as Odomos or Good Knight). Warm clothes should be carried depending on the location and season of the workshop.
What should participants avoid doing?
- Going out alone at night.
- Not informing the teachers or group leaders before going out.
- Bringing jewellery or valuables to the venue (if brought, they are at the participant’s own risk).
- Consuming liquor or cigars.
- Bringing transistors or similar items to the camp.

Donation
The donation amount is not fixed. It differs from camp to camp. Camp donation is specified in the registration form and it includes course material, lodging, and food.
Donation amount has to be paid online at the time of registration. Payment once received will not be reimbursed on any grounds, and it is not transferable.
Registration is valid only upon receipt of payment. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The course material and information about the camp schedule will be couriered to the participant after registration. To and fro travel cost is to be borne by the participant.
The donation for the workshop will not be refunded under any condition and will not be transferable to any other name.
